What you love about your job:

I enjoy the team I work with and appreciate the camaraderie and problem-solving. I’m thankful for the leadership here and I love driving my truck and being out on the road.

About Me:

My wife and I recently bought a house. I enjoy fixing that up and making it a home, as well as spending time with her when I’m not on the road. In the summertime, riding my motorcycle is one of my favorite pastimes.

Darelle Esh

What you love about your job:

It has been fun to work with a team here at the warehouse and get our customers the products they need. I have also enjoyed organizing the warehouse and creating clear processes in order to be efficient and professional.

About Me:

My favorite hobbies include being outdoors, hiking, canoeing, skiing, camping, etcetera. I also love sports and staying active. I play guitar and enjoy playing in worship settings.

Jamian Esh

What you love about your job:

I love connecting with the customers as they pick up their products and I truly value the supportive family-like environment I share with my coworkers at Premiere.

About Me:

My faith in the Lord and my family are the most important aspects of my life. In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball, pickleball, and basketball, as well as spending time with my friends and family.

I enjoy building strong relationships with customers and helping bring their home project visions to life. I also value the family-oriented culture at Premiere, which has allowed me to form meaningful connections with both customers and colleagues.

About Me:

I’m recently married! My faith in the Lord and my family are the most important things in my life. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, discovering new restaurants, and sharing a good dad joke whenever I can.

What you love about your job:

I enjoy the challenge of continually building a company that prioritizes a healthy work environment for our employees and outstanding customer service for the people who trust us to supply their products.

About Me:

My beautiful wife and I enjoy living in New England with our 3 children. Whether we are spending time in Boston with all that that city offers or enjoying the beauty of God’s creation while hiking a mountain in New Hampshire we are blessed to be able to take advantage of opportunities around us.

Kyle Esh

What you love about your job:

I love working at Premiere because of the pursuit of excellence, quality, and customer service while empowering employees to excellence in both the workplace and in their personal lives. One of the most rewarding things is working with others to overcome challenges and never stop improving.

About me:

My wife and I have been married for 10 years and enjoy life with our 4 children. We live in western Chester County and work part-time as the director of Honey Brook Youth Center. I’m a worship leader at my church and enjoy biking, volleyball, and spending time camping, swimming, and shared experiences with my family.

Lindy Fisher

What you love about your job:

I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with contractors. I also enjoy working with homeowners to choose products that match the vision for their home. Here at Premiere, we always have a new project or idea that we are working on, and I enjoy being in those conversations as we work to improve our company and our culture.

About me

When I am not working, I enjoy playing pickleball. We recently set up a net in our warehouse, which is fun for all of us. I also really enjoy reading. There is nothing like a good book and a cozy day.

Logan simmons

What you love about your job:

I love working in operations at Premiere because it requires strategy and teamwork to meet our customers’ needs in an efficient manner. The constant pursuit of efficiency for our customers keeps every day challenging and rewarding. The camaraderie of the warehouse/delivery team makes distribution enjoyable and we love to get it done for our customers however we can. For me, it is working in this environment of overcoming challenges together that is the most rewarding part of working here.

About me

I have been married for three years and I met my wife, Jessie, while living in Sydney, Australia. We love to take weekend trips exploring either big cities together or outdoor areas in upstate NY with our dog, Hank. My main hobby is weight training and I have been in the gym consistently for over a decade.

Mary Beth Fisher

What you love about your job:

I love close customer relationships and helping our customers figure out what they need in a friendly but efficient way. I also love our team at Premiere and am proud of being a part of the amazing culture that was created here.

About me:

A few of my favorite things are traveling the world, pickleball, country music, hiking, and spending time with friends. Fun fact: I’m the youngest in a family of 9 children and an aunt to 38 nieces and nephews. My family and faith in God are two of the most important things in the world to me.

Rose Lynn Stoltzfus

What you love about your job:

I love building relationships with people and helping customers bring their dreams to life with the products we sell. I also love doing events and bringing people together to help build more connections with Premiere and the customers we serve. I always have some side projects going on and I love that because I can be creative in my job.

About me:

I am a big fan of coffee, pickleball, and my adorable dog Chandler. He even gets to be an office dog once a week. 🙂 I love to travel and try new things! I’d like to think I am just a wandering soul, and Lancaster isn’t where I’ll stay forever but truth be told my family & friends mean the world to me, so this is where I abide for now. However, I will always be looking for another opportunity to travel the world & climb another mountain. Photography and writing, & music are my creative outlets, so when I am not at the office, good chance I am off doing these things.

Ruth Sheaffer

What I love about my job:

I am people-oriented and social, so I appreciate interacting with customers, vendors, and co-workers to build strong partnerships. I thrive on solving problems as well as being innovative in building better systems, particularly when they lead to better customer service and better work experiences for employees. I really enjoy being a part of the teams I’m on, and love seeing what we can accomplish when we work together.

About me:

I love traveling and am always plotting my next trip outside the country. I love the outdoors, but especially hiking in snow-capped mountains. I’m an avid reader, a decent wake surfer, and a part-time college student. I also enjoy creative writing and consider myself somewhat of a history buff.

Shawn Redcay

What I love about my job:

I enjoy being on my feet all day helping customers and loading trucks. Getting trailers unloaded as they come in is satisfying. Another perk is working with a great group of co-workers. Donuts and Friday breakfasts are also a great benefit.

About me:

I have been married to my beautiful wife for two years and we have a rescue dog named Pixie. I enjoy going up to my hunting camp. Hunting, fishing, and trapping are some of my favorite pastimes. Watching football, playing softball, and bowling take up the rest of my time.
